As shown by studies conducted by specialists of the company "MIEL-Brokerage", the number of transactions carried out with use of mortgage lending, increasing. Growth in the first quarter of 2011 amounted to more than 27%. However, the decrease in interest rates: at the moment it is 11,75%. On average, for the purchase of the apartment buyers are attracted to about 3 million RUB
The specialists of "MIEL-Brokerage" note a steady growth in the number of transactions with attraction of credit funds. This year (during first quarter), banks took advantage of 32.7 million more homebuyers than last year for the same period.
Leaders in this area are Moscow and the Moscow region. In these regions the percentage of mortgage transactions is 54 and 46%, respectively.
It is worth noting that the loans in rubles are in greater demand than loans in foreign currency: their share is more than 96 million.
According to the obtained data, buyers on average take credit for half the cost of the apartment and pay the rest yourself.

At the moment the ratio of men to women among mortgage shoppers is about 1:1. Previously, women had 13% less in comparison with the current performance.
Alexei shlenov, General Director of company "MIEL-Brokerage", notes that the number of sales carried out with attraction of mortgage means, for the current period approached the level which was before crisis. Today, banks are lending more readily, their number in the last 6 months increased almost twice. The increase in the number of proposals, of course, was reflected in the quality of services. In the competitive environment banks are forced to constantly improve their conditions.
