it So happened that I had to buy an apartment in December 2014. Entered into negotiations with the company just 2 days after the seller has chosen me to torment the apartment (been looking for a place for a future school for her daughter) refused the deal the day before her execution. Was pleasantly surprised as were our negotiations and the deal. Given the complexity of the title (my Bank was unable to give me a mortgage), the fact that the apartment had just started renovation, "the trembling of the market", new year holidays...., in what we did together it was hard to believe.
