it So happened that I had to buy an apartment in December 2014. Entered into negotiations with the company just 2 days after the seller has chosen me to torment the apartment (been looking for a place for a future school for her daughter) refused the deal the day before her execution. Was pleasantly surprised as were our negotiations and the deal.
